wasn't study leave meant to be fruitful?? argh. cant seem to get down to doing work.
anw pracs r finally over~=) chem wasn't easy. 1st 2 qns went quite well..n jus as i was rejoicing n starting to feel a leetle dizzy, after staring at the incessant stream of "university of cambridge"s printed on the insert, QA decided to be.. incomprehensible. had no idea wat FA 5 was, prob cos i had no idea whether the tests we were doing on FA 5 were meant to hint us abt its identity or jus to plain confuse us. i guess it was the latter. all my tests for gases were well, useless. i cudn't identify a single one. after tt traumatising experience, i was so tempted to hit somebody when i realised i had so little time for my design. lucky HC135 hu were all seated arnd me..i din get a chance to vent my frustration. =X
a little abt chem prac sitting arrangements, i haf ga(hu kept running, ya RUNNING, arnd the lab n making me nervous) in front of me, the ever fast john(whom i was keeping pace with until the wonderful QA happened) also in front of me, the composed aaron (hu seemed to be always doing diff stuff fr me) beside me, jay (hu seemed to b having a rendezvous with Teo ME), n of cos the famous gky (hu seemed to b well, totally hopeless) behind me..so as u can tell it wasn't a particularly condusive environment. oh n did i mention once we got into the lab, everyone got into this i-must-wash-everything-again-if-not-i'll-fail-prac frenzy? n poor me had to put up w a spoilt tap. the whole green turning knob fell off. =\ oh well, as i always say, sad is life.
