Visited my blog today, and suddenly decided that it's 1) time to start blogging again and 2) time for a new layout. So yup here it is. I think they (those two on top) are super hot! I'm jealous!

Haha alright all that aside, I realised I never blogged about my phukey trip. The highlight of the trip would have to be the bungy-jumping. I've always wanted to try it, but I always thought I'd have to wait til I earn enough money to travel far far away before I got to try it. Oh well, apparently not. Haha to say I wasnt scared at all would be a blatant lie. Truth is..as I was ascending in this crane-like thing (err yea there wasn't a cliff for us to jump off), I was tugging on this thing wrapped around my right leg and I decided it was too loose. That caused the already-apprehensive me to immediately turn frantic. I started telling this guy in the little box with me to help me check, and he tugged on it and promptly assured me it was alright. Yea right. This thing is only wrapped around my calves for goodness' sake! I wasn't wearing shoes and my heel was already wrapped inside. Any sane person would know that if I jumped off, that stupid piece of thing is going to slip off and I would either 1)become paralysed or 2) die. So with all these thoughts running through my mind, i headed to the edge reluctantly. And guess what? He asked me to turn around... to take my photo! Haha if I wasn't so worried, I would have laughed. Anyway at the count of 3 I was supposed to jump off, and there the smiley guy was teaching me how exactly I should angle my body when I jump, in order to look good. Great. How am I going to look good if I end up dangling by one leg? But of course, no way was I going to back out then...that'd have been super embarrassing. Since the lagoon was below me, I wouldn't die I figured, so when i heard "3", I jumped. Haha and guess what? I'm still here blogging. :D The straps only slipped a little so I guess the guy was right :D But seriously, it was super exciting! Everyone must go try it some time! It only cost me 80 plus but as we all didn't expect to spend much on this trip, yinghao and I didn't dare to try the tandem jump, for fear of facing a serious shortage of funds the next few days. I only brought 350 sing for the 4 days :(

Hmm other than that, we also drove ATVs into mud pools and on dirt tracks (40 bucks)...watched a muay thai fight which was super violent yet cool (30 bucks) and purely for the experience, a thai-girl show (40 bucks). Hmm the latter was really rather amusing but I don't relish the idea of describing it on my blog.

Due to it being the monsoon period, we couldn't do all the sea sports, so our day on the beach was spent body-boarding, splashing around, building our sand castle, and getting horribly sun-burnt :D I've never peeled so badly before. The entire back, the upper arms and of course my face. Haha I remember the jamming session we had after we came back.. yinghao n jaay were exchanging stories of how they'd rub at their backs whenever they had nothing to do and leave a pile of dead skin behind :D

Ok I realised I really haven't updated for very very long. Oops. Eh I'm recently always going back to school for one reason or another. Either to build the medicine float or for dance practices. Plus, I'm also supposed to choreograph part of the rag dance for the M1s. Haha I'm ashamed to say I still havent found suitable music. If anyone knows of hiphop music with an egyptian feel, please please tell me!! Oh yes on the topic of dance, I'm doing 2 items for the upcoming Dance Blast (my cca) concert - 'Shut up and Dance!" It'll be held on the 9th of Sept if I'm not wrong so please please do come down to watch! I'm really very excited cos back in HC, we never held concerts, and in RGS, I was too occupied with RCY to join dance. SO! This is the first real dance concert I'm performing in since primary school! So do come watch! It's only 12 bucks :) Hmm practising for the items has humbled me a lot. I was lucky to be chosen by pat (my choreographer) to dance in his item, but I'm actually really stressed out by it. Almost all the other 10 girls are seniors and they're really good. They learn fast and they look good. So I'm really one of the slowest ones there. Still, it's an experience I guess and it'd be fun to work under a professional choreographer for an item. Do wish me luck! I just hope I don't get scolded too often :(

Actually I still have quite a lot of stuff to update you guys about but I'm too lazy right now. Oh yes maybe jsut some updates on my overseas friends! Xizzy's coming back soon! yay :) Yibing's back and I've just met up with her, Bena's back and her birthday is soon, Peiying tried to give us all a heart attack by surprising us (lijia, michelle n me) on our little outing when she shoulod have been in Europe (bena is guilty of keeping it fr us of course), Junwan's back but i still havent met up with her :( And lastly, my favourite cous, Phil, is back! She's grown prettier and more womanly, woohoo! ;) Heh with all these hot babes coming back, I think I'll be going out lots. My holidays are going to become really busy.. Don't know whether that's a good or bad thing but I'mjust super happy that these stupid friends are finally coming back! :D
